Shipping & Returns
We always do our best to process orders as quickly as possible. Most orders ship within 3 business days (Monday-Friday). Please allow additional time during holidays and for orders shipping outside the US.
Most orders will arrive 1-3 business days after shipping. Please allow additional shipping time for orders placed during holidays or when shipping outside the US.
In order to qualify for a return, your item must either be defective or unused and in the same condition as when you received it. All returned items will undergo inspection before processing.
Refunds, account credits, or product replacements will only be issued under the following circumstances:
- The product was misprinted.
- The product arrived damaged.
- The product does not match the fulfillment information (e.g., incorrect or misplaced printed image, wrong size, color, or type, etc.).
The decision to grant a refund (including the chosen refund method), credit your account, or replace a product rests solely with us. To initiate a refund, credit, or replacement request, you must email a photograph and a brief explanation of the issue to email@example.com within 30 days of receiving the item. Requests made beyond this 30-day period will not be accepted
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for the return of your item, and these costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the initial shipping costs for your item will be deducted from the refund amount, even if the product originally qualified for free shipping.
