What if my order arrives incorrect or damaged?
Our Florida-based shipping and production team always does their absolute best to ensure every order arrives correctly and in great shape! In the rare case an order arrives damaged or there is some other issue, rest assured we have your back! The quickest way to get help is to send us an email using the form below. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue and our team of actual humans will get back to you ASAP!
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges on products items that are defective or damaged due to an error on our end. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us via the form below and we would be happy to help.
Returns/Refunds
In order to qualify for a return, your item must either be defective or unused and in the same condition as when you received it. All returned items will undergo inspection before processing.
Refunds, account credits, or product replacements will only be issued under the following circumstances:
- The product was misprinted.
- The product arrived damaged.
- The product does not match the fulfillment information (e.g., incorrect or misplaced printed image, wrong size, color, or type, etc.).
The decision to grant a refund (including the chosen refund method), credit your account, or replace a product rests solely with us. To initiate a refund, credit, or replacement request, you must email a photograph and a brief explanation of the issue to bennyshop@directmerch.com within 30 days of receiving the item. Requests made beyond this 30-day period will not be accepted
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for the return of your item, and these costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the initial shipping costs for your item will be deducted from the refund amount, even if the product originally qualified for free shipping.
